A woman named Amanda went on a date a few weeks ago. Afterwards, she and the man exchanged pleasantries via text messages and that was the end of it — until she received an invoice in the mail.

Apparently, Amanda wasn't responsive enough and her date wanted his money back. In the original Tweet, Amanda said she never texted him back. Later in the thread, she clarified that she had actually texted that she had a nice time.

Twitter had some thoughts on whether sending a bill was acceptable.

Some folks thought it was clear the invoice was meant as a joke.

But Amanda wasn't laughing. Soon after her tweet went viral, she deleted it and set her profile to private. Maybe all the comments were too much?
