Ad For Male Athletes Struggling With ‘Hockey Butt’ Has The Internet Uncomfortably Thirsty

Those of you who watch hockey often…prepare thyself.

Abandon all hope, ye who enter here.

An Ad by clothing company State And Liberty featured Detroit Red Wings player Dylan Larkin making a statement about the struggles he has with his body.

And by struggle, we mean this phenomenon called “hockey butt.”

Hockey players use their legs more often than pretty much any other part of their body, which causes an overdevelopment of their butt.

Therefore, their butts are FAR bigger than their waist sizes would necessarily allow for, leaving them with two options: belting the heck out of their waists, or risking ripping their pants with giant butts.

Some people would call that a “good problem to have.”

State And Liberty have released “stretchy dress pants” to try to resolve this problem.

And they made us all incredibly thirsty almost immediately.

It is definitely raising awareness on #HockeyButt.

We are watching it continually because of…..reasons.

What are YOU doing to raise awareness of #HockeyButt?
