Hailey Bieber Pops Off About How Halloween Is Actually A Christian Holiday On Instagram

Hailey Bieber and Justin Bieber are very married and very much in love.

They’re also very, very Christian.

Hailey was raised in an evangelical church, and now they both attend Hillsong, a popular church for a lot of celebrities.

That’s very key—unlike many evangelicals, the Biebers are super-rich and famous, so they do Christianity their own way.

But they sure do love to preach!

Hailey Bieber took to Instagram to explain Halloween to her followers, using her Insta-stories as a pulpit for the Lord.

She posted “Axe me a kweschin” to her followers, because even the very rich and famous get bored and want attention—perhaps more than the rest of us.

Someone responded with, “Halloween yes or no,” and Hailey went nuts.

This is what she wrote, make sense of it if you can:

“Pagan Feast of Winter Solstice? Oh that’s now JESUS BIRTHDAY.”

“Pagan Feast of spring Planting? Oh that’s now EASTER WEEKEND.”

“Pagan Celtic Festival involving dressing up and warding off evil spirits? Oh now it’s All Saints Day and we celebrate the VICTORIOUS CHURCH THAT HAS OVERCOME BY THE BLOOD OF THE LAMB!!! CANDY PLEASE!!!”

It continues:

“I’m not afraid of the world. I’m not afraid of any devil or demon or incantation.”

“They are terrified of me.”

“Halloween is now MY HOLIDAY and I am claiming all candy for the glory of God and the celebration of the Saints.”

“What now?”

“I’ll dress up however I like! My favorite characters, pop culture stuff, whatever.”

“It’s my party and you’re invited. I’m alive today and a Saint tomorrow. Give me candy.”

Okay, queen, you tell those demons and saints and maybe God!

Pretty confused about what you are talking about, but seems like you’re taking a stand.

You might need a few years of being held captive at a religious institution to understand Hailey Bieber’s references here, but it seems like Halloween has been a sore spot for her for a while.

She asked her followers for costume suggestions, and a lot of them called her a fake Christian for celebrating the pagan holiday to begin with:

If there’s one thing you can’t tell a Christian, it’s not to do whatever the hell they want and say it’s for god.

Happy Halloween!
