Drunk Brooklyn Trump Supporter Hurls Homophobic Slurs At People For Displaying Biden Lawn Signs

November 7, 2020 was a momentous day in the United States.

After days of counting unprecedented amounts of absentee and early voting ballots—owing to widespread concerns about contracting the virus—Joe Biden was named the presumptive winner of the Presidential election.

Donald Trump lost and would join nine other one-term Presidents who were elected, served their term, sought reelection and were defeated. Other Presidents served less than their entire terms for a variety of reasons or chose not to seek reelection, but Donald Trump became only the 10th to be rejected by voters after one term.

In a liberal-heavy city like New York, countless people spent the following day celebrating in the streets and in parks. There was dancing, speechifying, and yes, plenty of drinking.

But one drunk Trump supporter in Brooklyn was not having such a good time. On a largely empty side street, he stood yelling homophobic slurs at Biden supporters.

And an onlooker captured the whole thing on video.

The clip’s opening caption set the stage:

“~4pm, Brooklyn, NY. I heard chanting of ‘Trump 2020’ and ‘Fa**ots and lesbians’  while this man and his buddies pounded on the roof of my car after pulling up my Biden lawn sign.”

“I called the cops and then began filming.”

The video then went on to show a man screaming about a Biden sign he had seen.

“Let the cops come. I want to be arrested for this sh**.”

“I’m ready. Lock me up! … I’m a Trump guy, and I don’t believe in Biden.”

“Throw this sh*t out. Get a life, you fa**ots.”

The video then cut to a later moment as two other guys tried to walk the yelling man away from the scene.

He continued to yell at the Biden supporters while his friends attempted to lead him down the sidewalk.

“Where are you living? In this sick world? You gonna fight for God?”

“Go accept them. Why don’t you bring the gay people into your house.”

Shortly after, the man stared directly into the camera and proudly stated his name.

“Tell them Meyer Fried is a Trump guy.”

And sure enough, the police were called and arrived shortly after.

A second video captured the man praising the NYPD in his own drunken way:

“Yeah, I’ve been drinking. These guys are uh Biden.”

“They wanna defund the cops! They wanna defund YOU! They don’t wanna give you a job.”

“I wanna give you a job. I think you guys are amazing!”

“And arrest me if I need to be arrested. But I love you guys. I love you guys.”

Folks on Twitter were outraged.

Others were particularly angry that he seemed to face no consequences.

With Donald Trump continuing to contest the results of the election, there is no knowing what to expect in the coming weeks—especially when alcohol is involved.
