‘Karen In The Wild’ Rage-Dances During Racist Rant Against Two Girls For Picking Berries

2020 is apparently the season of Karen.

Twitter user Sara (@Pashandisara) shared a video on Twitter that showed an unknown White woman doing a bizarre dance and telling Sara and her friend to “go back to where you came from” after they picked berries off a tree.

The woman said:

“I don’t like to see people wrecking it.”

The girls responded:

“We’re not wrecking it.  There are so many berries.”

The Karen then begins mocking the girls and wildly dancing at them.

The girls fire back at the woman upon learning that she was born in the USA, rather than Canada—where the video was recorded.

The irony of being told “go back where you came from” from someone who wasn’t born in the country wasn’t lost on the girls, who call her in return a “colonizer.”

The #KarensGoingWild hashtag has been blowing up all over Twitter.

Karens were showing up all over with varying degrees of racism, rants and entitlement.

Is there another pandemic, one of racism, affecting people or is video just more prevalent in 2020?
