The water pressure in Kylie Jenner’s shower has no real-world impact on any of us who don’t use or maintain it. In a world where news and online life has been more than a little tense, the “this-totally-doesn’t-matter” nature might be why internet latched on and isn’t letting go.
Early in 2020, while much of the rest of the world was in horrible financial straits, Jenner moved into a $36.5 million mansion.
Now, early in 2021, Twitter is having a collective schadenfreude moment about it, because apparently those millions weren’t enough to buy her decent water pressure.
Jenner posted a video of an admittedly luxurious shower.

Were people impressed by the space? Or the quality materials?
That wasn’t what people really keyed in on. That honor fell to something else…
Namely, that limp water stream.

I’ve always been looking for a phrase to yell at my shower for its weak water pressure and I’m so glad I found it in “what is this, Kylie Jenner’s house?!”

I may be on unemployment and living in a rental unit, but at least my shower has better water pressure than Kylie Jenner’s.

Why is nobody talking about how shite Kylie Jenner’s shower is? The water pressure AND the size of the shower head. Someone get that gal a plumber pronto pic.twitter.com/SY4l9q7Txf
