Famed televangelist and former Republican presidential candidate Pat Robertson made the bizarre claim that scientists are using aborted fetal tissue to “make a mouse-human.”
The 700 Club, a flagship television program on the Christian Broadcasting Network, featured a segment that mentioned a study involving the use of mice and the female reproductive tract tissue.
Newsweek reported that while the aim of the study was unclear, it appeared to research the effect of synthetic hormones on female reproductive tracts.
But the former Southern Baptist minister—who is anti-abortion—filled in the blank spaces about the vague study.
No words can express the ignorance this man carries in o e body. It can only be expressed as:

CBN anchor John Jessup introduced the segment and predicted that “a lot of people will be shocked” after hearing about the study.
The 89-year-old responded by suggesting that the government was behind the creation of interspecies hybridization.
“Well, they’re no more shocked than I am.”
“Ladies and gentlemen, can you imagine—our government funding a human-mouse experiment, baby parts aborted.”
“$120 million they spent with your money, I mean this is monstrous, this is something out of a nightmare.”
Twitter reactions indicated the cuckoo has flown from its nest.
I think Pat Robertson may have started watching Ratatouille on a plane as the Ambien kicked in.

Pat Robertson seems to be very confused after his recent trip to Disneyland. https://t.co/gc36r1rp4X

In addition to his belief that this study encourages “late-term abortions,” Robertson assumed scientists are creating human-mouse hybrids.
He provided no further explanation as to why scientists would create a new hybrid species.
His outlandish observation prompted people to question our existence.

He also suggested the experiment was a lot worse than a more heinous chapter in world history.
“Even Adolf Hitler didn’t do anything as bad as this. This is horrible.”

Robertson addressed his viewers to encourage congressmen not to spend their tax dollars on this “absolute nightmare.”
“Write your congressman and say look—I just don’t think as a United States government, we should be spending taxpayer money.”
“It isn’t just that they’re encouraging late-term abortions and paying doctors for baby parts, but that they’re marrying… trying to make a mouse-human? A human-mouse? I mean this is horrible, I don’t know what to say.”
Sooooo…..mouse-sized humans or human-sized mice? Cause that's gonna make a difference in how I feel about it…

The very sad part about this is that his viewers will believe this, instead of taking time to do any research.

In May, Robertson upheld his opposition to abortion on CBN.
“I think it’s time that we stop. We’ve aborted over 60 million babies since Roe v. Wade.”
But he spoke out against the Alabama legislation being the case to take to the Supreme Court. The legislation imposes a near-total ban on abortion—no exceptions for rape, incest or unviable fetus—starting in November.
“But the Alabama case, God bless ’em, they’re trying to do something, but I don’t think that’s the case I’d want to bring to the Supreme Court.”
