Over the weekend someone replied to an ad for a roommate and got a bit more than they were looking for. The response to their inquiry included a long list of demands that was so insane, they shared it in a Facebook group.
Twitter user @rxdazn posted screenshots for everyone to enjoy.

Twitter nearly lost it at “you don’t know how to make a sandwich.”
This is my favourite part because he thinks the only reason people cook meals is because they don't know how to make a sandwich

"shit, I'm hungry. Now I've got to spend 8 hours making slow roasted duck confit on asparagus foam. I wish I'd learned to make sandwiches."

Some gender issues came into play.
One of the best things about this is that you kinda feel this person getting angrier and angrier the more she's writing rules.

I assumed it was a man! Would be interesting to know…

It's definitely a girl. Seen and replied to that ad. It's in Finsbury Park.

You replied to it???

I also assumed it was a man!

It's pretty funny that the men assumed it was a woman and the women assumed it was a dude

Why do we feel like we know this person? Hold on…
My first thought on reading the list was that the original poster was
a) Young Sheldon
b) Somebody who writes the script for TBBT or Young Sheldon
c) The inspiration for Sheldon

There probably isn’t any winning in this situation.
There are no words ???? It's the amount of self-contradictions that get me. You gotta have friends and be really interesting… but you can't actually talk to anyone and we only allow guests max 3 times a week and they have to be people I like etc. etc.

I was really surprised to read it's not a very sociable house.
— Whizz (@Emmawhizz) November 23, 2018
I was shocked when s/he said they don't do parties ????

We’re pretty happy we don’t live with this person and we assume the original poster gave that living situation a hard pass, too.
