President Trump has once again muddled his facts, telling a whopper that isn’t even close to being true.

According to HuffPost, during an event in North Carolina last Friday, Trump told the audience that his golf course in Charlotte sat along the “largest man-made lake in the world by far.”

The President said:

You know where my club is, right?  Trump National.  And it’s a very big success on Lake Norman.  Beautiful.  Largest man-made lake in the world, by far.  Right?

Lake Norman is not, however, the largest man-made lake in the world. It isn’t even the largest man-made lake in the U.S.
